Additionally, Dr. Sahni was the last psychologist to evaluate Kerry Conley before his death in December 2007. Conley was responsible for murdering his girlfriend, Marsy Nichols, the inspiration behind the California Victims’ Bill of Rights Act of 2008, otherwise known as Marsy’s Law. As a result of the passing of Marsy’s Law in 2008, similar Victims’ Rights laws have been enacted throughout the United States.
Dr. Sahni’s forensic experience has also included evaluations of notorious murderers such as Sirhan Sirhan (who was responsible for assassinating U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy in 1968) and serial killer and rapist, Roy Norris. Norris, along with his crime partner Lawrence Bittaker, was responsible for kidnapping, torturing, and murdering 5 females in the Los Angeles area in 1979. Together, Norris and Bittaker were known as The Tool Box Killers.
